Note: This STS is not compatible with the 1.8L Nissan Sentra

ActiveTuning is proud to offer the finest short throw shifters currently available for the 2002+ Nissan Sentra and Altima. Each piece of the STS1 console short throw shifter is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum to exacting tolerances, and then hand assembled for a perfect fit. This shifter is easily installed from inside the car in under an hour with simple hand tools, and reduces the fore and aft throw by 46% for fast, smooth shifts. This shifter can also be used in conjunction with the ActiveTuning STS2 transmission-mounted short throw shifter on the Sentra and Altima for a combined 70% reduction in shifter travel!

Note: This shifter does not shorten the shifter knob shaft. To shorten the shaft you will need to remove the stock knob, cut the shaft to the desired length, and mount an aftermarket knob.
