FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) hand-laid fiberglass molding ready to prime and paint. It is attached using the OEM fasteners, and we provide a high quality permanently flexible and removable 3M adhesive caulk strip to insulate the fiberglass grille from the car at the contact points, to protect your finish and insure a secure and rattle-free installation. This part is produced to the highest standards and no expense is spared to insure a quality part and a proper fit. The result is an exceptionally high glass-to-resin ratio which results in the strongest and lightest possible part. Two insert meshes are available: A 1/4" X 3/4" oval hole perforated aluminum mesh and a 1/4" diamond mesh. Each mesh is available in natural aluminum, or powdercoated semi-gloss black. The insert mesh must be glued on after painting. Adhesive is included. Please view our instructions here.

We offer factory color-matched prepainted S5 grilles for an additional $80. This service includes the mesh installation and the grille is ready-to-install out of the box. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for pre-painted grille orders. Also, please note that we do not offer a warranty on the paintwork on pre-painted parts. Although we use a high quality basecoat/clearcoat urethane paint system and proper preparation, your custom painted grille will be as vulnerable to stone chips as the rest of the front end of your car.
