Guarantee

We think you will be very happy with our products. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product you may return it for a full refund or credit provided it has not been used and is in "like new" condition. Please view our shipping & returns section.

Prices and Products

Typographical errors in description and/or pricing are unintentional and subject to corrections. Prices and products are subject to change without notification. Should a product be drop shipped or replaced, or a pricing change occur anytime between you placing the order and the shipping department processing the order, you will be notified of changes prior to shipping. Due to the fact that many of our products are painted-to-match, there may be some delays between the time you place your order and the time your parts ship. We will keep our parts descriptions updated to reflect these delays.

Special Order & Painted Products

Several of our products are available painted and/or assembled. Due to the number of possible variations in the colors and other options available with these items they are considered Special Orders and cannot be returned or cancelled. All Special Orders are charged at the time the order is placed.

Fiberglass Products

We do everything we can to our ability to ensure as perfect molds and parts as possible. Fiberglass parts can have some variance, and may require modification for proper fitment. We recommend having any of our fiberglass parts professionally prepped and installed.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ActiveTuning be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or any damages whatsoever arising from or connected with the use or misuse of any ActiveTuning product. ActiveTuning shall not have any obligation with respect to an ActiveTuning product or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Buyer is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for their intended use, and buyer assumes all risks and liabilities which may arise from any use of an ActiveTuning product.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

ActiveTuning reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Prices

Any oversized package will require a special shipping quote, as well as all non-continental U.S. and international shipments. When ordering online, shipping prices will automatically be added to the item purchase price according to the shipping options selected on non-oversized items.

Shipping Time Estimates

Each product page has an estimated time before it's shipped once an order is paid for. These are estimated times, and are subject to change at our discretion. We do try our best to expedite the time it takes to ship a product as best we can.

International Orders

International Orders shipped outside of the United States are required to include a copy of the invoice on the outside of the box. The buyer is responsible for any customs or other fees. Shipping price given during checkout are estimates, and may cost more than quoted. We will contact if you if further expense needs to be incurred.

Special Order & Painted Products

Damaged in Shipping:

If your Active Tuning order is damaged in shipping and is not usable, please follow these steps to insure that the damaged matter is replaced at no cost:

  • Save all packing materials, including damaged carton or envelope for inspection by the shipping agent.
  • Contact us and let us know the situation - info@activetuning.com
  • Identify the shipping agent and take the necessary action described below.

UPS (United Parcel Service)

Call UPS IMMEDIATELY at 608-262-5153 or 1-800-991-5534. We will have UPS pick up the damaged package and make arrangements for replacing the damaged materials.

We appreciate your cooperation. We assure you that carrying out these steps will get you replacement materials as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@activetuning.com.

Return Policy

We think you will be very happy with our products. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product you may return it for a refund or credit provided it has not been used and is in “like new” condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns

**ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER - You need to email to get one.** General returns must be made within seven (7) days of receiving (signed for, or delivery) date (with the exception of Holidays). All returns must be pre-paid shipping. In the event of a return, we will credit you the full amount of the item(s), however shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned item(s) must be returned in the in the original packaging as originally shipped. Special Orders, non-stocked items, and clearance items are not returnable.
